ABOUT MEIZHONG SCHOOL

深圳市美中學校創(chuàng)辦于2009年，地處龍華區(qū)觀湖街道環(huán)觀南路103號，是一所經(jīng)深圳市教育局批準、集小學、初中、高中和國際理解教育實驗部于一體的高品質(zhì)、國際化的K12學校，學校占地總面積達9.8萬平方米。

目前學校提供中小學國際化課程，實行小班化授課。同時，我們擁有專業(yè)的升學指導團隊，為學生和家長提供全方位的升學指導和生涯規(guī)劃。自開辦以來，國際理解教育實驗班的畢業(yè)生全部進入美國Top100及世界知名院校。目前有6000多名來自大陸、香港、臺灣、美國、英國、俄羅斯、韓國等國師生在這里學習和工作。

Shenzhen Meizhong School (SZMZS), founded in 2009, is a large private school incorporated by Shenzhen Meizhong Education Group. The school offers instruction to primary, junior high, and high school students through two departments: The Bilingual Department and the Internationalized Department.

The Internationalized Department’s team of highly qualified, certified teachers offer internationalized courses where the small class size does not exceed 30 students. As well, the Department boasts professionally trained college guidance counselors whose efforts have resulted in all graduates being admitted to Top 100 universities in the U.S. or other world-renowned colleges in the English-speaking world. The school’s complete facilities create a broad stage from which students can develop their personalities and realize their talents. The school’s offerings include multi-media and multi-functional classrooms, an activity center, a dance room, an art room, a piano room, a gymnasium, a reading room, state-of-the-art science laboratories, a unique English activity room, a computer room, and a modern voice classroom. This, in addition to the school’s advanced home-school system and network of resources, enables Meizhong School to create excellent conditions for learning to take place in a modern, educationally robust environment. 03.國際理解教育課程體系

ABOUT INTERNATIONALIZED CURRICULUM

美中國際化課程分為三個部分：小學、初中和高中。小學、初中階段的課程在開齊開足中國義務(wù)教育階段對應(yīng)年級核心課程的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)IB國際教育的理念和標準，加設(shè)了外教的語言課程和素養(yǎng)核心課程;高中階段采用國內(nèi)的必修高中課程體系和托福課程學習以及開設(shè)香港高考(DSE)課程體系的香港班。各學段強化英語教學，使用政府批準的境外教材來加強沉浸式的英語學習，提高學生的英語水平。

The Internationalized Department offers high levels of instruction to primary, junior high and high school students. The curriculum for students in the primary (1-6) and junior high school grades (7-9) is based on China’s mandated Core Curriculum for grades 1 through 9 pursuant to China’s compulsory education laws. A team of Foreign Teachers enhances this curriculum with English language arts instruction that incorporates International Baccalaureate (IB) concepts and standards. The high school curriculum, which serves students in grades 10-12, uses English-language, government-approved textbooks that are published abroad. Finally, students in the high school receive excellent TOEFL instruction and have the option of attending the high school’s Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) program.

04.國際理解教育實驗部的管理和教師團隊

MANAGEMENT AND TEACHING TEAM OF INTERNATIONALIZED CLASSES

學校聘請了中國籍校長，香港籍校長以及外國籍校長三方共同負責和管理國際理解教育實驗部的教育教學工作，他們都是國外留學回來，在國內(nèi)外從事教育教學工作和管理20多年，具有豐富的教育、教學和管理經(jīng)驗。同時，我們高薪聘請國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀教師，所有教師具備本科以上學歷，擁有教師資格證，英語水平較高，大部分老師都有碩士學歷以及海外留學和工作的背景，對國際化教育有一定的認識。

The Internationalized Department is managed by an experienced and diverse team of principals who collectively have over sixty years of experience in the field of education—be it management, teaching, or more. They hail from Hong Kong, other parts of China, and overseas. At the same time, the Department only employs teachers of the highest caliber; all of whom are certified to teach and have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Most of the Local Teachers have studied abroad and have a Master’s degree. The Foreign Teachers are an equally impressive group.

ABOUT ADMISSION

一、招生范圍

Enrollment Scope

大陸及港、澳、臺地區(qū)學生、外國籍學生均可。

Students from Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad.

二、招生對象

Applicants

招收1至12年級的學生。

Grade1 to Grade 12 students.

三、錄取條件

Admission Requirements

(1) 小學一年級：2014年8月31日之前出生，身體健康，智力正常。

The first graders: Born before 31 August, 2014;Healthy; Normal IQ.

(2) 小學二年級至十二年級：身體健康，智力正常。

The second to twelfth Graders: Healthy ;Normal IQ.

(3) 普通班的小一和初一Grade 1 and Grade 7 of national classes：符合條件的學生家長需要通過龍華區(qū)教育局招生平臺網(wǎng)上申請報名，由教育局統(tǒng)一分配學位。當教育局分配學位后，學校仍有學位空余的情況下，才可以自主招生。

Apply for admission through Longhua Education Bureau’s website. Students cannot be enrolled in school until all vacancies following the government’s allocation have spots.

(4) 國際理解教育實驗班和普通班的其他年級Internationalized Classes and other Grades:由學校根據(jù)空余的學位數(shù)量自主招生。The school can enroll these students according to the vacancies of the school place.

(5) 普通班高一Grade 10 of National Class：是由市教育局招生系統(tǒng)根據(jù)中考成績和填報志愿統(tǒng)一劃線錄取。Be enrolled by Shenzhen Education Bureau according to the student’s result of the entrance exams of high school.

（6)班額/Class Size：A. 國際理解教育實驗班每班不超過30人 /Not more than 30 students of each internationalized class。B. 普通班每班不超過50人/Not more than 50 students of each national class。
