華美外國語學(xué)校與德國巴伐利亞州新烏爾姆市教育局 簽訂開展“MINT-科學(xué)素養(yǎng)教育”和“以能力為導(dǎo)向的

3月4日下午，廣東省友好省份、德國巴伐利亞州新烏爾姆市教育局副局長Ansgar Batzner安斯格·巴茨納（Ansgar Batzner）博士先生、先登恩格哈特市長紀(jì)念學(xué)校校長 克里斯蒂娜·科約娜（Christine Kroener）女士、特級教師碧吉特·赫爾德（Brigitte Herde）女士、德國史太白大學(xué)中國首席代表覃焱（Janet QIN）女士代表新烏爾姆市教育局，與華美外國語學(xué)校簽訂開展“MINT-科學(xué)素養(yǎng)教育”和“以能力為導(dǎo)向的教育”合作備忘錄。

The holding chairman of Bureau of Directors of Shenzhen Jin’an Group, Mr. Chen Shengjian, the School Director Mr. Yu Handong, the School Director, Mr. Lu Angdong, the Chairman of Jin’an Education Group , Mr. Chen Jiahui, the Committee member of Jin’an Education Group, Mr. Zhang Gelin, the Education Consultant and School Superintendent of C&A Foreign Language School, Mr. Li Yang, the General Manager of Jin’an Education Group and General Principal of C&A Foreign Language School, Mr. Chen Zaisheng, the Operating Principal of C&A Foreign Language School, Mr. Ji Bingcheng，the Principal of High School Department of C&A Foreign Language School, Ms Ba, the Principal of Primary and Middle School Department of C&A Foreign Language School, Mr.Zhou Yanan, and the Foreign Principal of Primary and Middle School Department of C&A Foreign Language School, Mr. Jason Burns, and other leaders met the guests from Germany.
巴茨納博士一行參觀了華美外國語學(xué)校校園，并走進(jìn)二年級1班的教室，十分專注的聆聽了我校季海峰老師的一節(jié)英語課。
Dr. Barzner and his delegation visited the campus of C&A Foreign Language School and entered the classroom of Class 1, Grade 2. They observed attentively an English lesson delivered by home room teacher, Mr. Ji Haifeng, of C&A school.
At the following symposium, Chairman Chen Shengjian, on behalf of more than 10,000 teachers and students of Shenzhen Jin 'an Education Group, extended a warm welcome to the German guests coming from afar. He thanked the Foreign Experts for bringing friendship and mutual trust between the people of Bavaria, Germany (with this in-depth cooperation project) and C&A Foreign Language School in Shenzhen, China thus successfully initiating discussion and cooperation to help our students learn and grow. He strongly agreed that scientific literacy and the ability of teenagers should be cultivated from the stage of basic education, and strongly agreed with the competency-based education model. It is hoped that the two sides will have more cooperation such as mutual visits between teachers and students, and C&A high school students studying in German universities.
巴睿妤校長用英文向德國專家們介紹了華美外國語學(xué)校的辦學(xué)基本情況。本學(xué)期華美外國語學(xué)校已全面開啟中外方雙校長及中外方雙班主任模式，將全面加速推進(jìn)教育國際化的進(jìn)程，在課程設(shè)置、課堂教學(xué)、徳育活動等重要領(lǐng)域充分滲透PYP、MYP的因子，使得國際教育中的優(yōu)質(zhì)元素落地生根，開花結(jié)果。
Principle Ba introduced basic information about C&A to the German specialists in English. C&A now has fully started the mode of Double Principals (Foreign Principal and Chinese Principal) and Double Home Room Teachers (Foreign Teacher and Chinese Teacher) this semester. It will speed up the process of internationalization of education in a well-rounded way, and fully initiate the aspects of PYP and MYP in the key fields - curriculum setting, teaching in the classroom and education activities, to create and apply the high-quality elements of international education take root and bear fruit.
據(jù)巴茨納博士介紹，新烏爾姆市是巴伐利亞州內(nèi)首個被認(rèn)定為“教育強(qiáng)區(qū)”的市區(qū)，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中技術(shù)驅(qū)動力強(qiáng)，因此在教育事業(yè)發(fā)展中尤為重視“MINT-科學(xué)素養(yǎng)教育”(即數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科、信息技術(shù)學(xué)科、自然科學(xué)學(xué)科和應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)科)。新烏爾姆市通過推廣和實(shí)施大量的有針對性的項(xiàng)目，致力于從基礎(chǔ)教育階段起步，提升青少年對“MINT-科學(xué)素養(yǎng)”的興趣和能力，這是雙方合作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)。
According to Dr. Bartzner, New Ulm is the first city in Bavaria to be recognized as a strong educational area. It has a well-developed economy and a powerful technology driving force for economic development. Therefore, MINT-science literacy education (i.e. mathematics, information technology, natural science and applied technology) is particularly emphasized in the development of education. Through the promotion and implementation of many targeted projects, New Ulm is committed in starting from the stage of basic education to enhancing the interest and ability of adolescents in "MINT-scientific literacy", which is the starting point and goal of this cooperation for both C&A and them.
赫爾德女士表示，未來將與華美外國語學(xué)校進(jìn)行開放課堂、交換學(xué)生、交換教師、線上課程等方面的合作。交流提升課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的思路和做法，共同制訂和實(shí)施新的、具有創(chuàng)新性的課程內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法，加強(qiáng)在文化上和學(xué)生個性化教育的多樣性等方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造親身體驗(yàn)的機(jī)會。
Ms. Held said that she would cooperate with C&A in open classes, exchange of students, exchange of teachers and online courses in the future. The cooperation will exchange ideas and practices to improve classroom teaching quality, jointly formulate and implement new and innovative curriculum content and teaching methods, strengthen experience exchange in culture and diversity of students' tailored education, and create opportunities for students to experience themselves.
最后，安斯格·巴茨納博士、科約娜校長和陳勝堅主席，代表中德雙方，簽署了《合作協(xié)議備忘錄》。雙方共同期待合作圓滿成功，為中德雙方的學(xué)生都帶來幫助。
Concluding the visit, Dr. Ansger Bartzner, President Koyona and President Chen Shengjian signed the Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement on behalf of both sides. They both look forward to a successful cooperative venture, which will mutually benefit Chinese and German students.
